Coordinators' Roster

The Coordinators' Roster is now on the web at http://anu.foodco-op.com/stuff
You can use the office computer to access it.
Every coordinator has now got a username and password, with which they can log in to the roster. You can also log in with the generic 'shop' login (which is written on the computer monitor in the office).
Also, because we don't have a coordinators' coordinator at the moment (and may many glorious sunny things rain down on Heidi and bless her forever for being such a fantastic tireless coordies' coord for the last however many years it's been) Rotanidrooc the Roster Computer has started sending out an email every night telling of the great and enjoyable shifts that are still available in the following seven days.
If you don't like computers, this is probably a bit annoying. Sorry. Ummm... but this is going to help with allocating points, for example, and with getting shifts filled (which has been a bit of a problem lately). So, sorry, but please do give it a go -- and tell Sam W. how the system might be improved.
And for those who do like the whole technology thing: we're not going to implement any sort of SMS notification service, so don't ask.
You have to make sure that you're down for the correct shifts before 5PM each Sunday, or you will not get points.
You no longer have to sign your name or otherwise confirm that you have done a shift: at the end of the week (at 5PM Sunday to be precise) all shifts are automatically confirmed and an email sent to Lucia listing who did what (for points allocation).
In brief:

- You can log in with your own username, or with the 'shop' username which is written on the monitor in the office.
- Email listing empty shifts sent every night.
- Email sent to Lucia 5PM Sunday confirming the week's shifts.
