The rules cover stuff about membership, how meetings will happen, the management structure, how we organise money and get audited. However, there are lots of everyday things that go on in the co-op which aren't covered by the rules. This is what the guidelines are for.

At the moment the co-op doesn't have a clear, summarised set of guidelines for members and the management collective. There is a guidebook for co-ordinators which is comprehensive. There are lots of guidelines which have been created by the management collective over the years, but to find these requires much sifting through old meeting minutes. So the plan is to build a new, clear set of guidelines on the wiki. Once we have the guidelines as we want them, we can protect these pages and disband all previous guidelines decided in old collective meetings.
