Management Collective
From ANU Food Co-op Wiki
The management collective is the board; the board is the management collective. Registration as a legal co-operative may plaster us in corporate labels, and we may have a more structured management process than we used to, now that we're a registered cooperative (with Rules and all), but the co-op is still basically run by a core group of between five and nine people who give lots of time and energy.
The management collective meets roughly once a month to discuss the running of the co-op. Members of the co-op are welcome to come along and share some cake and ideas with us. Just ask Mark at the co-op, or someone else who looks knowledgeable, about the time and place of the next meeting. The more the merrier (especially if you bring cake!).
There are a few working groups:
- IT Working Group
- Rule Changing Working Group
- Accommodation Working Group
- Marketing Working Group
- Special Events Working Groups
- Employment Working Group
