- Approval of minutes for 4th of March - Minutes approved with consensus
- Managers report
- Bananas are cheap and good. Roof in cool room fixed. Need more moth traps and a reminder to co-(h)ords about closing lids, otherwise everything is ‘normal’.
- Financial Report
- The Co-op is ‘financially healthy’ see report.
- There will be a transfer of money from one account another (see note by Greg C.

- Still officially in limbo, but otherwise OK
- Anzac day trading
- Mark will be taking Anzac day off but Sam W. has volunteered to work all day : )
- Co-ords co-ordinator
- As Heidi is resigning as the Co-ords co-ord, we need to fill the position ASAP. Signs put up at co-op and position to be advertised. Nat is to inform co-ords of their responsibility to fill their own shifts. Agreed we need more co-ordinators- Nat action.
- Nuts and Coffee
- Dionisia has been looking into stocking nuts and coffee from Australia only or just having organic nuts from overseas. We are going to stock organic coffee from Australia at around $23 a kilo.
- Maybe we should have a policy for only buying organic nuts from overseas? This would need to be decided at an AGM.
- Dioni to do more research.
- Heather
- Heather has decided to resign from the part-time managers position but is happy to remain as a part time co-ordinator. Dionisia offered to take on the position. She will let Mark know formally whether she will take on the position.
- nat
- Nat is taking 5 weeks off to do forest activism. Sam W. and Sarah Aylott will substitute whilst she is away.
- Undesirable customers
- Jen to call undesirable customers in light of other incident elsewhere. We shall continue to as agreed in last meeting. We can call ANU security if there is a problem.
