Reason for non board members attendance is to observe process with view to being involved with board in the future (not all these attendants are confirmed as a few are away and may not be back in time). Those required to constitute a quorum are confirmed.

• Board Progress (New positions on board — (from last meeting) I will be emailing a letter and posting one in the co-op re. the AGM once we have confirmed the date. For now I will put out a letter asking for those interested to consider making a commitment for a year to join the board and to consider the different positions and whether they could fill them.)

• Julia Castiglioni-Bradshaw — was a member two years ago, recently rejoined and would like to co-ordinate. is willing to do extra training if needed as hadn’t been a member for the last 6 months.
