The management committee can use this as a checklist to help maintain continuity between meetings and to ensure that issues are tracked and addressed on a regular basis. The members at each management committee meeting can confirm the agenda, order, priority and amount of time for each item at that meeting. This is only a guide and other suggestions or ideas will be welcomed.

  1. Managers Report -- Running of coop, stock, ordering, office, Staff, Coordinators, volunteers, phone/fax, equipment, maintenance.
  2. Finance Report -- Current turnover, monthly buffer.
  3. Sub-Committees
    1. Coordinators
    2. Marketing (eg member survey, feedback)
    3. Incorporation/Registration
    4. Accommodation – relocation, costs etc.
    5. Computer and IT
  4. Management Committee – future meetings, issues, minutes etc
  5. Special Items/Other Business
